Katsubo Altmer mage()

This was done during Character Creating Course lvl 2 (by Digital Painting Classes) 
The character is inspired by Aldmeri of Elder Scrolls, but i have my own doubts considering consistency of his design, since Elder Scrolls Universe originally doesn't have truly good or evil races. But the task was about good or evil character, so i decided to make him more of a classical high elf mage
